The board is the control surface for parallel agent work. It shows the actual state of the project instead of hiding it behind terminal tabs and scattered TODO files.
Tasks stay lightweight enough for fast triage, but still carry structure: tags, due dates, subtasks, dependencies, and status changes that can be driven from the UI or from agent workflows.
The point is not to mimic enterprise project software. It is to make dozens of live coding tasks legible when humans and agents are both moving at once.
